With normal sessions not able to run because of Covid19 we are having to make sure we find time to do some sparring training here at home in Ludlow.
The new sparring kit required for the 2020 European Championships in Prague arrived. Not wanting to wait until the competition, which has already been postponed due to Covid19, we tested out the new Top Ring gloves with a 1000 punch challenge in the garden.
